Adjustments to the Death phases in Mike Mode to make it slightly less ridiculous.

Changed the the way a player can access Mike Mode. On the Title screen hold both shoot and jump and press Up to access Mike Mode. Mike mode is incredibly difficult and I created it more as a joke then as an actual challenge.
