A deadly surprise

It's not really a surprise, everyone loved the death sections in the first game! Well he's back now and he's even more pissed then last time!

This update features a lot of changes to the main code and Dracula's overall behavior (he no longer repeats the same move over and over with the exception of his "over here") The player physics where slightly tweaked as well. Oh yeah and death is here now to ruin your day when Dracula's hp gets to low.
